An electric kettle and a fridge in my deluxe queen room were a very thoughtful addition. I appreciated both wake-up service and comfy bed.

The total stay was really good for short business trip. The hotel's position was decent, in the Kuningan area for a business meeting.

the room was beautifully maintained and it had a reasonably spacious bathroom. attentive and respectful staff who were always there to help.

We had a blast exploring all that Jakarta had to offer. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to shopping malls and the bustling business district. We loved taking advantage of the fitness center and spa facilities to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The staff was super friendly and made us feel right at home. Plus, the free Wi-Fi in the room was a lifesaver for us social media obsessed teenagers!

The only thing we wished for was a livelier atmosphere in the evenings. As young party-goers, we would have loved some entertainment options or a happening bar scene to keep the fun going after a day of exploring.

Its location around 4-6 minutes walk from Itc Kuningan was great and perfect. A supermarket and a convenience store were right next door. We ate at a nice restaurant for breakfast.

Facilities were comfortable, nonetheless Wi-Fi was bad.

Magnificent very central location not far from Very near malls, nightlife, and shopping mall. It also was very close to Kuningan & Sudirman business district. I was offered a room with exceptional views of Jakarta sky. The cost was IDR -2147483648.

I had well-maintained, soundproof room with big comfortable bed and fridge, for example, had good night's sleep. All of the staff was attentive and very friendly. The location near to Central business district was decent and easy. Further, it was near to Lotti Shopping mall, restaurant and the embassy.

The setting was not good.

Hotel’s breakfast was varied and great with fried rice and traditional food such as kolak and could satisfy any taste. Location: the property was not far from convenient stores and numerous business centers and nightlife. Found a place called Sari Bagindo, set near the hotel, ate there a few times😃😀

Great location close to malls, easy to get a taxi, opposite Lotti Shopping mall, near to the Central Business District and several embassies. The staff were courteous, and the facilities were clean, modern, and well maintained. Additionally, the free breakfast was tasty and satisfying.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
